SHIPPING
All orders made through our website are processed Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on a Friday will be shipped the following week.
For all purchases, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped (certain territorial restrictions and additional fees may apply).
Shipping is handled through DHL and is included every time you purchase an item at www.denisedebakey.com.
- DHL Priority Mail for local shipping in Peru (1-3 business days)
- DHL Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days)
OTHER SHIPPING CONSIDERATIONS
- At this time we are shipping with DHL to Peru, USA, MEXICO, SPAIN, FRANCE, MONACO, and GERMANY only.
- Additional rates may apply for rush fees.
- Free shipping is available for international orders $300 USD or more. Duties & Taxes do not apply towards free shipping promotion. Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for processing of international orders.
Important Information Regarding International Shipments:
Duties and taxes are not included in the total price at checkout. These are determined by the destination country’s customs agency once the item arrives. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.If your country is not shown in the list of shipping destinations, please email info@denisedebakey.com and we will assist you with your purchase.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the US (US Territories and California)
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any changes to orders once they are placed. Due to security purposes, once an order has been verified, we cannot modify or change a shipping address. We would be more than happy to cancel your order and help you place a new order with your correct shipping/billing information if you'd like.
If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care to initiate a lost package investigation. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the DHL investigation and for DD Customer Care to contact you for next steps. If after the investigation your package was claimed as lost, we are more than happy to re-ship a new order under Signature Required if your item(s) are still in stock, otherwise we'll process an DD gift card code for your original amount.
RETURNS
Denise DeBakey proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the merchandise receipt for full credit, store credit or exchange.
You can only return or exchange In Stock items. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit.
We cannot accept any item for return or exchange, which bears an indication that it was used. There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on Made to Order items.
Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via Fed Ex or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.
Denise DeBakey will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Denise DeBakey’s sole discretion.
